How Bjartur Gained 17.6 lbs of Muscles with 4 Weeks of Crossfit
Bjartur grew up as a skinny kid. When soccer workouts quit in 2012 he gained 15 pounds of fat. He lost that weight, but still felt skinny and weak. Starting out slowly with Crossfit, Bjartur began to slowly add muscle to his frame. He has now gained over 17 pounds of muscle and a lot of confidence.
